From the forest to your walls
My love of nature has inspired me to take (tens of) thousands of photographs and images of the natural world and my goal is to transition them into large scale installations in British Columbia and beyond. I love collaborating to design spaces and determining what type of image will best suit a location given the light, angles of view and space available.
Images can be selected from my current collection, or can be custom shot in any natural environment you would like to bring a little closer to home.
The project below was for the Vancity Credit Union Head Office during their transition to a LEED certified building. The goal was to inspire people to take the stairs and give offices, areas and people without a window, a peek into the wild. They also wanted the images to be from local locations, near Vancity Branches. I went on several hikes to Lighthouse Park, Seymour, Cypress, Squamish, Port Moody, the Sunshine Coast and Pemberton to capture these images specifically for them.
